Sean is the founder and Executive Director of Smallbean and a member of the Smallbean Board of Directors. A former corporate lawyer type, Sean is also a graphic designer, amateur electronics enthusiast, and the all around Smallbean handyperson.
Heather has her MBA from Boston University and helps Smallbean keep our feet firmly planted on the ground with questions like, "Wait, how much is that solar panel going to cost?". Heather is the Chief Financial Officer at Smallbean.
Tristan is Smallbean's Chief Technology Officer. In addition to being an IP attorney and a writer, he finds time to serve as Smallbean's designated "dude that understands how stuff works."
Cris is the brains behind the website. He's a Denver Broncos fan and functions on Mountain time.
Jordan does marketing for Smallbean. She is also our person on the ground in NYC. We're hoping that the old Sinatra adage is true. Jordan is helping Smallbean make it in New York so that we can make it anywhere.
Adrienne is a senior at Tufts University and is helping Smallbean design and teach our Citizen Archivist Project curriculum in Brighton."
Xi has a masters in environmental science and policy and is helping Smallbean design and teach our Citizen Archivist Project curriculum in Brighton.
Carlos has a day job working in the nonprofit sector in Boston and moonlights for Smallbean advising us how to make our next leap forward in the nonprofit world.
Michelle is the Smallbean artist and her work is featured on the "Understand Smallbean" link. She also makes the best cupcakes this side of anywhere. With luck we can convince her to bake for the next Smallbean fundraiser.
Melanie is helping Smallbean with grant research and writing. Doing great things requires the resources to do them and that's exactly where Melanie comes in!.
Nicole volunteers her time as the Smallbean Volunteer Coordinator. She's a lawyer in her day job.

Felicia is a neurology resident in Boston and has conducted medical research around the world. She's the Smallbean spellchecker extraordinaire.
Jesse works as an attorney for the United Nations in Tanzania. He speaks French like a Frenchman and surfs when he can.
