Smallbean will ensure that all data contained on in-kind donations is completely erased. This process varies depending on what you're donating, but in all cases your personal data will be eliminated. That said, Smallbean has found that donors sometimes feel more comfortable with the donation process if they've erased all personal data themselves. But this is not a required step.
