Meet Smallbean
Smallbean provides sustainable computer labs and an innovative technology skills curriculum empowering local communities to document and preserve their endangered cultures and languages.
The Smallbean mission centers on our Citizen Archivist Project, which solves two major problems caused by the rapid expansion of technology in the 21st Century: 1) the technology gap; and 2) the devastating pace of linguistic and cultural extinction throughout the developing world.
We, at Smalbean, are all for renewable energy. So, when we learned that Massachusetts is on its way to install 243 MW of solar power panels, we were ecstatic. Thanks to very generous tax rebates and incentives, residents of the bay state can have their systems paid for in as little of 6 years. Or, they can choose the lease option, which costs nothing.
